With a Master's degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, I work at the intersection of technical analysis and business development within the shore power sector. At NatPower Marine, my focus is on the development and structuring of cold ironing concession projects across commercial and passenger ports, supporting the deployment of onshore power supply infrastructure ahead of the EU's 2030 mandate under the AFIR regulation.
My work spans the full project lifecycle: from port site assessments and technical feasibility analysis to financial modelling, stakeholder engagement with port authorities and shipowners, and coordination with international partners. I specialise in building Project Economic and Financial models that underpin NatPower's investment decisions, and in translating complex operational requirements into actionable technical solutions. I am committed to making the maritime energy transition a concrete economic opportunity for ports, shipowners, and the broader industry.
